EX-OFW
15 minutes Action & Adventure / Drama / Thrillers
A Filipino worker in Saudi Arabia who was raped returns home suffering serious after-effects. He rapes his daughter and is confronted by a police friend. A duel takes place.
Intended Audience: Teen
This is the story of Efren’s life, an ex-Overseas Filipino Worker in Saudi Arabia. He is home unexpectedly because of maltreatment he obtained from the lust-filled Arabs. He was brutally raped in Saudi Arabia.
He reached home and found out that a part of him vanished. The presence of his daughter, Tess, does nothing to alleviate the sadness he feels. Carlos who is his childhood friend often visits him. He’s a police officer in their town, and the godfather of Tess.
Unfortunately, Efren finally becomes mentally deranged. He has raped his own daughter. Carlos tracks down Efren and eventually finds him. He asks Efren to surrender, yet Efren pulls a gun.
This is the possible result of working abroad, specially in the Middle East. I encourage the Filipinos including other nationals not to leave their country.
