I don't want to be too harsh on the creator because I know that sometimes making anything can take a lot of time and effort but this film didn't seem like there wasn't enough time or effort put into it. The plot was bad the dialogue was stilted and the acting was worse then the worst b-movie (though this could have been because of direction). It was like a preachy documentary written by someone frothing at the mouth with a political message wanting to make their scattered thoughts clear to the viewer. I was disappointed thinking the movie might be a good thriller about the events surrounding John Titor's visit, its more about using John Titor to make a political/thriller/sci-fi movie that doesn't quite make up its mind as to what it wants to be then ends. I realize this may offend those involved in this production but I do think its a learning experience.

John Titor appeared to us in 2000 claiming to be from 2036. He gave insights on our future including a nuclear war that would occure sooner than anyone could ever think. Then in 2001, he vanished leaving a world wide following of believers.

Cris McCarthy has put together this amazing documentary, and it has taken her over 5 years to complete....mainly because her footage was confiscated by the Government Officials only to just be released recently by the Supreme Court due to a 'fictionalized creation' clause. Cris tracked people down that had conversations with Titor, including one of the first people to talk with him. She in turn helped Chris make contact with John Titor.

Now in 2009 John Titors precise predictions about North Korea, Iran, and other world powers are now coming true with eerie precision. Was he telling the truth? Is it too late to heed his warning and change our timeline by starting with the person in the mirror?
