Seth Wessel-Estes

Seth’s film making career started at the age of 13 when he saved up his allowance to buy his first camera - a JVC. He spent time in high school doing film production classes and went on to attend the University of Washington, earning a BA in cinema studies. Through college he spent time making short films and music videos, entering in 24 hour competitions, and working on bigger sets. He went on to see some of his shorts played in national film festivals, and in 2010 received an audience award for his short film “6:18pm” from the National Film Festival for Talented Youth. To date Seth has worked on many short films as a writer, director, editor, and DOP as well as working in the camera department for an independent feature film and a TV pilot. He currently resides in Vancouver, BC and is in the process of editing his first feature film, “The Curse of Duncan Carbunkle”.
