Karen Power is the Producer/Director/Writer of the short film titled "Raphael". Karen has other written works in progress currently resides in Adelaide, South Australia. Karen’s writing is drawn on the very essence of her own life experiences and her natural inherent affinity with the metaphysical and not to mention her unique and fresh approach to story telling. Karen is already an established Published Author of an adventure romance novel titled "KAJO" set in South Australia which can be found on www.amazon.com. Karen is working in an Executive Producer/Co-Producer capacity and the co-writer of a Supernatural/ Thriller titled "The Lighthouse', currently in Development with Michael Gallant in Burbank LA, which can be found at, www.gallantentertainment.com. Karen is currently in pre production with a 10 minute short film titled "The Art of Fate" written by Karen who will also Produce /Direct Karen has written the feature films, “A Slight Twist”, (Crime-Thriller) “The Golden Phoenix” (Supernatural /Horror /Thriller) and “The Wishman” (Sci Fi/New Age/trilogy) Karen Is the Producer/ Writer/Director of the Action/Drama Short Film titled “Raphael’ completed in June, 2007 and is now available on www.indieflix.com, and www.zzizzlefilms.com has recently won The Accolade Hollywood Film festival “Honorable Mention Award” August.2007 for the Short Film Division and was nominated for “The Passion and Purpose Award” Spiritual Film Festival Brazil, October, 2007. Karen has an unrelenting belief in her abilities, which has been rewarded with the recognition such a new writer has gained by having her work viewed on elite sites.
