Matthew Kinne
The visionary behind Don't Give Up The Ship: The Tale of A Boy and a Boat is award-winning writer/director/producer Matthew Kinne. Born in Ann Arbor, Michigan and educated at Wheaton College and Regent University, Matthew began his motion picture career as a successful editor of MOVIEGUIDE Magazine © in Atlanta. Matthew has gone on to work with production companies Petersen Productions, Brauer Productions, and Kairos Media. Matthew has produced content for Extra! Extra!, C-Span, CBN and more. Matthew has worked on three films with Academy Award winning actor Ernest Borgnine (Barn Red, Frozen Stupid & That One Summer), as well as noted character actor Danny Trejo (The Bill Collector). Don't Give Up The Ship: The Tale of A Boy and A Boat is produced by Great Crossing Films, and was an official selection at Milan Italy’s Saboath Film Festival. It is now internationally licensed by Grizzly Adams Productions.
