Bernard Michaux
Background Bernard Michaux studied film production at the Academy for Television & Film (HFF) in Munich. During his studies, he worked as a line producer and producer on several shorts and documentaries, notably the European co-production "Lumen" by Philip Koch, which won the German Camera Award 2007. After graduating, Bernard established his production company Lucil Film in Luxembourg to produce commercials, shorts and feature films for the international market. In 2007, Lucil Film was received approval as a production company for the Audiovisual Investment Certificate Programme established by the Luxembourg authorities. Bernard has since produced Jeff Desom's short "X on a Map", Fränk Grotz's creative documentary "Tour of Duty" and Ian Power's feature "The Runway" which has won the Feature Film Award (public prize) at the Galway Film Fleadh. He is now in post-production on Beryl Koltz's creative documentary "Strangers in the Night". Bernard is currently participating in the EAVE 2010 European Producers Workshop.
