Joshua Staman

Born in Phoenix, Arizona, Josh Staman enrolled at Columbia College Chicago in 2004 to pursue a career in filmmaking. He studied Film & Video and worked on several notable projects including production work on the superhero action film Burden featuring Peter Cullen (Optimus Prime in Transformers) and writing credits on the Beverly Ridge Pictures projects The Small Assassin and Chicago Overcoat. He has since co- written Gas Mask Films’ Deadfall Trail, currently in theaters, and TMU Pictures’ War Birds, in pre-production. He became a Sundance Semi- Finalist for his screenplay Tight, and is currently living in Los Angeles working on several projects.
