Taylor Toole

Taylor Toole was born and raised on the island Martha’s Vineyard in Massachusetts which serves as the setting for his first feature film, Mow Crew. The movie was written over a four year period and is based on Mr. Toole’s experiences as a landscaper. Since graduating from Emerson College in 2001 where he was honored with the Senior Screenwriting Award, Mr. Toole has written and directed numerous short films. In addition to creating his own work he has held a variety of positions in the entertainment industry both in Los Angeles and in New York working on shows such as Deadwood, NYPD Blue, and Project Greenlight and for companies such as Miramax, HBO, and Showtime.
