Easily, my favorite film on IndieFlix. This film is a masterpiece. It is poetic and beautiful and has such atmosphere. This film can do no wrong.

Beautifully shot. A quiet film that pulls from the darkest parts of the human character. A combination of cruelty, loss, and isolation make the characters and setting tangible and heartbreaking. The music is muddy and breathes further life into the film. Watch it!

Amazing film! That man was gravity to this strong and independent woman, pushing her down. He held her down from experiencing life despite her being drowned in it.

The viewer gets a fascinating peak into not just the lives of the characters, but another way of life in rural America. This film is not to be missed.
