Synopsis
Detective Denise Jenkins is trying to solve a murder in the Over The Rhine area, it's located in one of Cincinnati toughest neighborhoods, with her partner Detective Jack Pritcherd. The closer they get to solving the case, the closer it hits home to her brother Jinx, a major drug dealer in The O.T.R. Jenkins is a hard nosed detective who won't let anyone stand in her way. That also includes, her brother.
