Synopsis

Narrated by Elliott Gould and shot in New York’s Hudson Valley and Jamaica, "Seasons in the Valley" is an emotional and lyrical film which chronicles the journeys of Jamaican migrant workers, the plight of New York's apple farmers, and the bonds that have formed between these two disparate groups as they fight to maintain their mutually beneficial existence in an emerging, and fiercely competitive, global economy.
