The Construction Department is in charge of building all the sets on a film shoot.

Scenic Carpenter: A craftsperson with at least six years experience in construction who is responsible for the framing and finishing carpentry on a set.
Production Designer: The person responsible for the entire visual look of a film. Oversees the art, construction, set dec, wardrobe, props, hair and make-up departments.
