Synopsis

New Yorkers love their pizza, consuming over a million slices a year. So what might their tastes in pizza reveal about them, and their city in general? Imbued with energy and humor direct from the city streets, The NY Pizza Confessions take us on a number of journeys through different walks of life in the Big Apple, revealing them one slice at a time. Black, white, gay, Jewish, rich, underemployed‚ all through the lens of pizza. The distinctions become unimportant as the palate takes over, and that's when the eating stops and the confessions begin. A slice of pizza, a slice of life.
