A: Members receive unlimited access to our streaming library.

Q. Do I need an account to get a film?

A: Yes. All purchases, whether pay-per-view or monthly subscription, require an account. All customer information remains strictly confidential.

Q. How do I watch a film?

A: Annual and monthly members receive unlimited access to the extensive online film library. Non-members can rent individual films at the listed pay-per-view price.

Q. What do I need to watch streaming video?

A: To view films online, all you need is a broadband Internet connection.

Q. Is the IndieFlix web site secure?

A: Yes. IndieFlix works with Chargify and Authorize.Net, the industry leader in credit card security and authentication. For more information please see our Privacy Policy.

Q: What are my payment options?

A: IndieFlix accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Q: Why am I being billed twice for my membership?

A: Usually this means that you have inadvertently signed up for two accounts under the same email. Accounts are limited to one per email address. To correct this issue please email customerservice@indieflix.com.

Q. How can I obtain public performance rights for a film?

A: Films purchased from our web site are intended for in-home use only. Organizations, institutions and individuals seeking public performance rights should contact us to order and receive the correct screening information. Please email customerservice@indieflix.com or call 206.829.9112.

Q. What if I forget my login or password?

A: Your login is the email address that you used to create your account. If you forgot your password, click here to reset it.

Q. What is the membership renewal policy?

A: Monthly memberships are recurring but may be cancelled at any time. To cancel your membership please email info@indieflix.com?. Annual memberships are paid for up front and expire at the end of the twelfth month.

Q. Does IndieFlix stream internationally?

A: Yes. The majority of our films can be streamed internationally. If you are unable to stream a film in your area, please email customerservice@indieflix.com for further details.

Q. Why isn't the film I want to watch available?

A: IndieFlix filmmakers are free to limit their film’s distribution to whatever their needs require. Some filmmakers have asked that IndieFlix only make their work available in certain regions or countries. If you have questions about availability please email customerservice@indieflix.com.

Q. How do I know that my order was successful and my credit card was charged?

A: You will receive confirmation upon checkout, as well as a confirmation email with your complete order information.
